His career includes overseeing complex, multi-regional responsibilities across North American markets, developing a strong understanding of international standards and large-scale systems.

He has contributed to major industrial projects with Siemens, Ashok Leyland, and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, covering product design, manufacturing systems, and ATV development. Proficient in CAD, CAM, CATIA, SolidWorks, and NX Unigraphics, Pradeep applies technical mastery with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Alongside his industry work, Pradeep has researched academic patterns and skill gaps among students, identifying the challenges that prevent graduates from becoming industry-ready. His focus is on aligning technical education with real-world demands to ensure employability and growth.

Jay K Remally is a technology leader of global caliber, holding a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the New York Institute of Technology – Canada. With a career shaped by real-world innovation, James has contributed to mission-critical environments within major global enterprises, including Boeing, gaining deep expertise in operational excellence at scale.​

His technical strengths span cloud computing across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, as well as data ecosystems like Databricks, Snowflake, and Big Data frameworks. Proficient in Python and SQL, he blends analytical skill with strategic thinking to design robust, future-ready solutions.​

Beyond corporate achievements, Jay is committed to bridging the gap between academic instruction and industry needs. He champions experiential, industry-aligned learning that equips students with practical skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.​
